As we are heading into the mBusiness Planning smlid-year period we think it’s a great time to take a look at your 2016 targets and review whether you are on track to achieving them. This will give you the opportunity to amend your targets in view of what you would like to achieve before Christmas and plan how these are going to be achieved.

This Free Business Planning and Cloud Accounting (Xero) Workshop, run in partnership with Francis Hooke, of Hooke & Co. Business Consulting, aims to give you the opportunity to sit down and consider your business targets, ending up with a plan outlaying measures to achieve these before Christmas.

What would you like to achieve before Christmas? Hooke

Francis Hooke from Hooke & Co. Business Consulting will lead the 2016 Business Planning section of the workshop.

Delegates will be asked to reflect on how the first 6 months of this year, as well as looking forwards into the remainder of 2016. Targets will be set and then these will be translated into tangible actions to deliver quarter-by-quarter until Christmas 2016.

Delegates will leave the workshop with a high-level plan for the rest of the year ahead. This plan can be used as it is, or as the foundation for more detailed planning, to ensure the best chance of success to achieve targets before Christmas.
